Spectacular! Marilyn met with us a few times in 2017 to help us house hunt, before we knew we would be another seven years overseas. During our time overseas, she kept us informed of the market. When we were ready to look seriously again at the end of 2023, she listened carefully to our changing needs and was expert at filtering properties that would meet those. She was flexible with doing virtual showings for us and honest about what she noticed at each property. Her knowledge of the area and willingness to spend time to talk us through pros and cons was so helpful. Marilyn gave us expert support throughout the process, from searching, to all the many questions that popped up under contract, to delicate inquiries and interactions with the seller, through close and beyond.
