Chris Brown is a star! (aka Christine Brown) She is prepared, experienced, kind, thorough, and a smart negotiator. She worked on our behalf throughout the whole process. She follows through on what she says and checks up on the other parties involved (other agent, settlement co, etc). She's also a pure delight to be around. Friends of mine had worked with her and highly recommended her. They were 100% right!

Christine was amazing, top notch. She exceeded all of our expectations and went above and beyond to assist us with our home purchase.Christine was innovative with our offers and knowledgeable about the markets in each town. Chris was amazing! She drove us all around the whole state of Virginia showing us houses. She didn't try to sell us something we didn't need, she totally kept what we wanted in mind, and was there to help us and answer our million questions every step of the way. We moved from across the US and it was wonderful to have someone be so helpful even though we were out of the state. She was able to meet with us for the two days we were in town and set up all the houses we walked through. I would totally recommend her 100%.

Chris helped us find a rental as we were moving from out of state into the NOVA area. She was willing to go and virtually show us each house and walked us through each room and gave thorough explanations on what she was seeing, hearing, smelling and experiencing. That allowed us to make our own decisions comfortably knowing as much as we could doing things virtually. Chris was very responsive with her emails and texts with our questions. We saw many properties, but she was always on top of her game and it was very comforting to know that she was out for our best interests. The entire process with Chris was very easy and painless and we found a place that we really enjoy.

We sold our home with Chris Brown and I’ve worked with her for my real estate needs since 2007. It is always a pleasure working with her. She is very knowledgeable and made the selling process as easy as possible. From initial consultation to closing, things were always laid out and Chris was always available to answer questions/provide guidance when needed. I would highly recommend her as a realtor for your buying/selling needs.

Chris took over after we had a negative experience with another realtor.  She understood the market for our condo and we had an offer in 4 days-which we accepted!  Chris was responsive and on top of things from day one.  Her staging made our condo look absolutely fabulous.  We were able to sign all documents and conduct the closing online which was convenient for us.

We highly recommend working with Chris to sell your home! She was incredibly prepared and did her research to price the house so we would sell quick. We were on the market for 2 months with another relator before we pivoted and hired Chris to sell our home. She didn't hesitate at all to jump right in and deal with a difficult situation. She has a rock solid strategy that gets buyers interested in the home well before going on the market. She has the strongest network of stagers photographers and videographers. We had an offer in just 3 DAYS and closed in 3 weeks all because of her! She's fun to work with is direct yet kind and is the only relator I would work with to sell my home. The data speaks for itself - hire her hire her hire her!!

Chris made preparing, listing and selling my condo from afar a breeze. She coordinated efforts with my contractor, communicated with me regularly as to the progress of the remodel and walked me through the listing process. At the end of the day my condo was sold within a week and everything went smoothly...and it’s all thanks to this wonderful woman! I would never consider calling anyone else the next time I need to buy or sell my home, she is a treasure.

Chris did a fabulous job of helping me & my husband buy a home in a challenging market. Aside from being totally enjoyable to work with she is experienced & knowledgeable about the real estate market as well as the negotiation/offer phase. Chris kept us positive during the process. She is a strong communicator and has incredible energy to find us the home we were looking for!

Moving to an area we were not familiar with was a daunting task. With Chris' help we were able to find a home that we loved. Most real estate agents can show you homes but Chris did more than that. She consulted took time out of her personal schedule in multiple occasions and her communication and follow up was the best we had ever experienced. Chris is Awesome !!  We spent a couple months preparing a home for sale and Chris was there when needed to help accomplish odd tasks and deal with contractors and quotes.  She quickly found answers to our questions and contractors to assist with work around the home.  She lead us through the MLS and home sale paperwork with ease.  Once our home was ready for sale and priced right we sold in less than 5 days with 20 offers !!  We would definitely hire Chris again.  Wonderful experience.

Working with Chris was an absolute pleasure. She understood my family's  unique situation and timeline for finding a home and worked with us diligently every step of the way. Moving from out of state came with its own stressors and challenges but Chris made us feel confident and at ease from the moment we started working with her. Chris Brown is "the best" realtor we have had since 2002 (4 PCS moves 6 home purchases spanning from Louisiana to Pennsylvania). Her attention to detail (personalized searches), client advocate & network of professionals (home inspection and negotiated repairs, combined with her 18 hours a day professional/personable personality separates her from the masses of Realtors. Chris did a great job with helping us pick our future house! We felt very confident having her with us when checking open houses. She quickly understood what were we looking for. She did an amazing job spotting potential issues with the properties and pointing the ones that present a good value. We were especially impressed with the way Chris handled all the activities related to closing. At some point I felt little overwhelmed with the amount of things that had to be dealt with before closing but Chris took care of absolutely everything so that my wife and I could focus on important things like where our couch would go:).
