Linda took all the pressure from my shoulders. I wanted to list at a lower price, but Linda did a really good market analysis, had her office preview the home, called some other agents and came up with a higher price, she was absolutely right. The first three days we had a contract. That did not work out but in two weeks we had a very good contract with an excellent backup contract. The situation was difficult, but Linda was superb. She was firm, professional, and handled all of the problems along the way, in a very smooth and soothing manner. Marketing of the property was excellent, with lovely photos ending up with mailings and a brochure. I even sent my family in England pictures of my home. I have known Linda for many years and, of course, have known she is wonderful at her job, but when it is your own home it is very different because of the emotional turmoil. I cannot thank her enough for doing what she always does so well and understand why her many clients lover her so much. I would willingly use her again and refer her to anyone I can. She really cares, and that is what makes her so special.
