Katia did a very good job throughout the homebuying process. She was incredibly helpful with every aspect of the process, including the initial search, writing up the contract, as well as recommending a good home inspector. She was also very helpful in communicating with the builders to help me figure out other issues such as setting up utilities for my new condo. Again Katia did an amazing job guiding me through buying my first home and I can not thank her enough!

Outstanding, Katia worked exceptionally well, providing many options, viewing the desired locations, and describing the conditions and surrounding areas of the homes my husband and I had chosen while we were living on the West Coast. Katia was kind, and flexible, and did a wonderful job finding us renters for our home. Katia had several open houses and showed our home to potential renters whenever they needed. She sent photos after a cleaner came in, helped with keys, and did walk-throughs with the folks who became our renters.

Katia answered all our questions and communicated with the other listing agents in a timely and organized manner, and was very knowledgeable about the area we wanted to move to.
