I, originally, contacted Liane as she was the agent selling the most homes in the area where my home was that I wanted to sell.  She was wonderful from the first contact.  She suggested what I could do to improve the home so it would sell quickly, understanding I did not want to spend a lot of money. I did as she suggested and got 2 offers within the first 2 weeks. She helped us determine the best offer and the house closed within a short time after that, without any significant issues. She remained in contact with me after the contract was signed, sort of 'holding my hand' to ensure I felt safe and kept me up to date with deadlines during the contract period. The buyer did demand something 48 hours before closing and Liane quickly found a solution to the problem, so closing was unaffected (I lived at a distance from the home being sold and could not offer my assistance to remediate the problem.  I felt completely comfortable knowing she was a phone call, text or email away.  She was VERY responsive to all questions I asked her.  She always responded in her kind, professional and considerate manner. I would absolutely recommend her and use her again as an agent in St. Petersburg for any other home I was purchasing or selling and have, already, recommended her to my family that lives in St. Petersburg. Liane sold it in 5 weeks. When it is once again time to sell, I will turn to Liane with the utmost confidence.

During 50+ years of practicing law in NY, and buying and selling homes in NY and Florida, Liane was the most impressive real estate professional I have met.  We started to put our St. Petersburg high rise condo on the market with another broker, who never got a single prospective customer.  We then switched to Liane who immediately went into action marketing our condo on every internet site available and produced and sent out an excellent flyer.  She had a brokers' open house, and soon we had a valid prospect.  She handled price negotiations and closing date well, and the closing took place without a hitch.  She was personally present for every showing, and responded to emails and telephone calls immediately, even while on vacation.  She has a staff to back her up.  My wife and I highly recommend her without reservation.

We are so happy we chose Liane to sell our home!  The process was more smooth because of her expertise and persistence.  She kept us informed and responded quickly to our calls and emails. Overall she delivered, creating the first sale of a 3/2 in our condo complex in 24 months. Plenty of other units were on the market-- and off the market-- and on again. Liane got the job done. 

I worked primarily with Liane's partner, Chad Grannan, during my time searching for a home and worked with Liane during closing, so I will speak to my experience with both of them. I was a first time home buyer, so the home buying process was intimidating to me. Chad was very patient and walked me through the process. He was insistent that I check out the area before showing me the home, which was a good way to cross off unwanted areas off my list. He also made me aware of HOA fees and other expenses that might put the cost of a house out of my range. I finally settled on a townhouse that was within my budget and after offering the price Chad recommended,  the seller and I came to agreement after only one counteroffer. Unfortunately, this was the only easy part. My bank was a nightmare to close with and delayed the closing a week despite having full cooperation and timely correspondence from myself and everyone involved. Chad moved shortly before the closing process started, and Liane took over. Liane was very nice and easy to work with. She performed the final walkthrough and was present at my closing. Chad was also present via e-mail before closing and helped reach out to the HOA and the bank to make sure all of the documents were finally in order. I did rate this team a 4 in some areas: Local Knowledge and Negotiation skills. A 4 for local knowledge since I did most of the legwork in searching for a house. All houses on my list were picked by me and none were suggested by the realtors. I was expecting more involvement from them in helping me find houses or showing me areas that I had not previously considered. I also rated them a 4 for negotiation since our initial offer was not far off from the asking price and I accepted after the first counteroffer. No negotiations were really done on the price, so I cannot speak to their negotiation skills. Overall, I was very pleased working with Chad and Liane and I am very happy in my new home.
