When we first started working with her she spent more than an hour teaching us about the purchase process in CA so we started the process knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to what we were looking for. I have never worked with anyone more responsive. We texted and chatted nearly daily. She made us feel like we were her only priority and we know she is a sought after agent… I don’t know how she does it! While we were looking: Holly always brought us to homes that checked all our boxes. Her knowledge of the area and the market allowed us to see a lot of houses before they hit the market. When one of the homes we loved had a slope she had a structural engineer there the next day to make sure it wasn’t something huge to address. Holly was great to work with. She was exceedingly professional and detailed. She helped arrange all the inspections in advance to further assist with the sales process. On our initial meeting, the market was hot and Holly gave us an estimated sales price. Two months later, the market continued to move and she updated her price point, recommended an initial list price and a strategy for several market conditions.
